HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR THE GROUP DISCOUNT?
Groups of 15 or more save 10% o the regular ticket price.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK MY GROUP TICKETS?
Our shows tend to sell out, so we recommend booking your group tickets well in advance especially during peak times such as the summer season and holidays.
WHEN AND HOW DO I PAY?
Once you are ready to move forward, we require full payment for 25% of your ticket purchase with confirmation and final payment at least 3 weeks prior to the performance date. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Cash payments.
ARE TICKET PURCHASES REFUNDABLE?
It is important to note that we have a no refunds policy once tickets have been purchased. Any deposits collected are also non-refundable, however can be transferred to an account to use in the future. Our deposit policy allows you to hold the majority of your ticket up to 3 weeks prior to the performance, allowing you time to confirm your numbers before committing to a final guest count and placing the final purchase.
HOW WILL I GET MY TICKETS?
This will all depend on your preference, our agent will work with you to deliver the tickets either by email or in print prior to the performance if desired. Bus arrivals are asked to announce their arrival and a Capitol Theatre representative will meet you on the bus to process your tickets.
WHEN SHOULD WE ARRIVE AT THE THEATRE?
The theatre doors will open approximately 1 hour before the performance begins. We recommend that groups arrive at least 30 minutes prior to showtime.
WHERE WILL OUR GROUP BE SEATED?
Seats are assigned upon booking. You will work directly with an agent to review available seats and to make sure that your group party is seated all together. Our theatre is very intimate, so every seat affords a good view of the stage.
IS THERE FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICE?
The Capitol Theatre offers a food & beverage concession proudly supporting our local community businesses. Save your group time and ask us about our concession packages available for pre-purchase.
