Seamus Flannery - Production Designer
Listen in on an on-stage interview with Irish-born production designer Seamus Flannery, a Life Member of the Directors Guild of Canada, and a resident of Port Hope. After eight years working at CBC TV as a designer on light entertainment and current affairs productions, commercials, and half-hour drama programs, he returned to Great Britain for work with Granada TV and BBC TV designing entertainment spectaculars and dramatic productions. Seamus’s many film credits include Roman Polanski’s Repulsion with Catherine Deneuve (1965), I’ll Never Forget What’s ’isname with Orson Welles and Oliver Reed (1967), and The Wicker Man with Christopher Lee (1973).
