ERIN PEIRCE  |  MANAGING DIRECTOR

Erin brings to the Capitol Theatre an enormous range of experience in the entertainment industry, innovative sales and business development and building internal and external relationships key to the strategic success of the organization.

She joined the Capitol in early 2020 from one of the world’s most famous and successful entertainment organizations where she held the position of Vice President of Business Operations, Second City Canada, the wildly-popular purveyor of “fearless comedy” that gave the world John Candy and other legendary comedic actors.

While there, she cut operating expenses in year one, launched additional theatre programming in off-peak time slots, increased ticket sales and enacted initiatives to strengthen the culture through financial transparency and increased staff engagement and accountability.
